| We came downstairs in our elegant hotel for the last time. | ||||||

The hotel has it's own dock and boats, right by the front desk. They loaded our suitcases into the boat, then us. We would be taking the boat directly to the airport!

After about a 30 minute boat ride across the Venetian lagoon, we pulled into the Venice International Airport dock.

| Our ride home, on Delta. Not the funnest part of the trip. I watched three (forgettable) movies on the long flight which helped some, but not much. We landed in Atlanta, waited there for awhile, then flew back to Baltimore. A long day but a great trip and tour of Classic Italy! | ||||||
